Refund Policy for EchoSpaces

EchoSpaces strives to deliver reliable virtual office services that meet our customers' business requirements. Our refund policy ensures transparency and avoids misunderstandings. Please read the following terms carefully:

Non-Refundable Services

• Virtual Office Solutions: Once payment has been made and documentation is initiated, the virtual office services are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

• Registration and Notarization Charges: Payments made for government registration, notarization, and related administrative services are non-refundable, as these are considered service charges associated with the registration process.

• Google Maps Verification & Signage Fees: Any fees paid for additional services such as Google Maps verification or permanent signage are non-refundable once the service has been initiated or provided.

Refund Eligibility for KYC-Related Issues

• KYC Decline by EchoSpaces: If the KYC (Know Your Customer) process is declined by the EchoSpaces legal team, a refund will be issued after deducting an administrative fee of INR 2,500 + GST per booking.

• KYC Rejection by Space Partner: If the KYC is approved by EchoSpaces but rejected by the space partner, a refund will be processed after deducting INR 1,000 + GST.

• KYC Submission Deadline: Clients must submit the necessary KYC documents within 75 days of payment. Failure to meet this deadline will result in service forfeiture without a refund.

Rejection of Company/GST Registration Applications

• Document Rejection by Authorities: If your application for company or GST registration is rejected by government authorities, and additional documents are requested, we will make the necessary documents available to you. If there are multiple rejections (2 times), you will be eligible for a refund, subject to the following terms:

  • You must provide rejection letters within 60 days from the date of your payment.
  • Rejections caused by errors in the application or by incomplete documentation are not eligible for a refund.
  Refunds for rejections will be processed after deducting INR 2,000 as operational charges to cover costs incurred by our service team.

Refund Process

• Contact Us: Raise a support ticket by emailing admin@echospaces.in with your refund request.

• Provide Documentation: Attach your relevant documents, including a canceled cheque and rejection letters (if applicable), along with a detailed explanation for the refund request.

• Verification: Our customer service team will review and verify your request within 48-72 hours.

• Refund Processing: Once approved, it may take up to 15 working days for the refund to reflect in your original payment source or bank account.

Prohibited Use Cases & Cancellations

• Business Restrictions: Virtual offices cannot be used for businesses such as online gambling platforms or those originating from restricted countries (e.g., Pakistan, China, Nepal). If your KYC fails due to such restrictions, your booking will be canceled, and no refunds will be issued.

• Fraud Prevention: EchoSpaces reserves the right to cancel bookings and blacklist clients engaged in fraudulent practices, such as using dummy directors. In such cases, the entire amount will be forfeited.

Notarization and Bank Verification

• Notarization: Notarization is mandatory for government registrations. EchoSpaces offers notarization assistance at INR 300, which includes stamp paper up to INR 100. Charges may vary by location. Alternatively, clients can self-notarize in their city if preferred. Notarization charges are non-refundable.

• Bank Verification: Clients should inform EchoSpaces in advance if bank verification is required. This ensures seamless coordination with bank officials for efficient processing. EchoSpaces is not liable for any failures in the bank verification process.

Aadhaar-Linked Mobile Verification

• Mandatory Verification: For GST registration, clients must use Aadhaar-linked mobile OTP verification. EchoSpaces is not liable for registration delays or failures due to incomplete verification, and refunds will not be provided in such cases.

Additional Services and Charges

• Google Maps Verification: Google Maps verification is not included by default in the virtual office package. If required, this service will incur an additional charge of INR 4,000 + GST and is non-refundable.

• Complimentary Signage: EchoSpaces provides temporary signage at service initiation. Permanent signage is available at an additional cost based on location and size preferences.

Amendments to the Refund Policy

• EchoSpaces reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. All changes will be posted on our website with the updated date. Please review this policy regularly to stay informed of any updates.
